Community Collaboration ♥ For the deliver of services, Nana’s Children partners with universities, such as Argosy, Arizona State University, and Southwestern University for a reliable source of practicum students. We have also had students coming in from as far away Texas and Hawaii to participate in our program. ♥ Nana’s Children collaborates with Child Protective Services on court cases, by providing CPS with video tapes and testing materials in connection with reported cases of abuse, neglect, and foster placements. We have also facilitated school wide interventions, such when a school was flooded or a social worker suddenly passed away. We not only provided support and grief counseling to the students but provide support to all teachers and school personnel in school crisis situations. ♥ Nana’s Children receives requests for services from parents, teachers, and school administrators as well as from CPS, local shelters, foster care organizations, and other local mental health organizations..
