Your contribution to Nana’s Children Mental Health Foundation qualifies as a DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR REDUCTION of your Arizona Income Tax as a “Helping the Working Poor” tax credit. Your gift of up to $200, filing an individual return, or $400, filing a joint return, will either decrease your tax liability or increase the refund you would otherwise receive. This tax credit is in addition to any other tax credits for which you qualify. A receipt for your donation and the form 321 you need to submit for this tax credit will be provided.
