Wroxton Fees:         $425 Participation Fee
Includes presentation information book,Transportation to Stratford on Avon,Theatre Tickets, Group Photo, Gift for staff members                    Gratuities for Drivers
Room and Board:   Room rate is approximately £47.50 per night, includes 3 meals a day and is dependent upon the exchange rate of dollars to pounds. You will be notified once the amount is confirmed. This is a separate charge from your participation fee, and must be paid in cash upon arrival at Wroxton College (US dollars or English pounds are accepted).

Transportation:       Bus Schedules to and from Heathrow and Gatwick airports are available, private van arrangements are available and contact information will be provided.
Deposit:     A non-refundable deposit of $225 must be made before October 1, 2008 to
reserve your place. Only credit cards will be accepted through the Nana’s Children website. Payment information will be sent at a later date.
Final Payment:     Balance of $200 is due on January 1, 2009.
Participant Agrees:  Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee. Arrival time is Saturday, June 20th by 3:00 p.m. Departure is Friday, June 26th by 9:00 a.m.
